This website and every order are with Coalition Limited, trading as SCHIST, in Cromwell, Central Otago, New Zealand. Email [email protected].
Prices
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (GST no. 101-576-418). The price on your deposit invoice is the price you pay for the tile and any extras. Shipping is added to the balance invoice and shown before you pay it. If a price on the site is plainly wrong, we'll tell you before we confirm your order, and you can cancel and get your deposit back.
Pre-orders
- A pre-order is placed when you send the pre-order form and pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer or by card. You get a tax invoice for the deposit straight away.
- Before we print, we confirm your order with you: the place, colours, colour-change heights and any frame, plate or backlight. We print exactly what's confirmed.
- Once your tile is made, we invoice the balance plus shipping. You pay it in one payment before we post. The balance can't be split into more payments.
- We post within 4 weeks of your deposit clearing.
- You can cancel before printing starts and get your deposit back in full. If we can't deliver, we refund your deposit in full.
- Once printing has started, a custom tile can't be cancelled for a change of mind.
If we're late
If we can't post within 4 weeks of your deposit clearing, we'll tell you why and give you a new date. If you'd rather not wait, you can cancel and we'll refund your deposit in full.
What you get
Tiles are printed in layers of PLA, so you'll see fine layer lines: that's how they're made, not a fault. The renders on this site are computer images, so colours and finish on the real tile can differ a little. Heights are to scale from New Zealand's national elevation data, which is a model of the ground, not a survey of it. A tile is a decorative piece, not a map for navigation.
Returns and faults
See Returns and faults. In short: if it's faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we put it right and pay the postage. Custom tiles can't be returned for a change of mind. Standard tiles can be, within 14 days.

The tile designs, renders, photos and text on this site belong to SCHIST. Please don't copy them for commercial use. Elevation data is Crown copyright, Land Information New Zealand, licensed under CC BY 3.0 NZ. Satellite views contain modified Copernicus Sentinel data. Neither LINZ nor the European Union endorses SCHIST.
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we can't promise it's always available or error-free.
